Entering Your Inventory
With a NetSource Media dealer website, managing inventory is easy and hassle-free. Using our Member Management Console (MMC), dealers enter their units along with prices, sale prices, Map and/or MSRP, and many other options. Once a dealer enters his/her unit on the MMC, their units will be visible on their website’s online inventory. If you use a DMS (Dealer Management Software) system, ask us about importing/exporting to save you time on inventory updates!
To give your visitors the best experience possible while shopping on your website, we use an inventory filter and Smart Search tool to help categorize your units. These tools allow visitors to filter the units displayed on the page they are viewing by price range, year range, keyword(s), brand and attributes.
Your inventory page will list ALL RVs you have entered into the MMC in a tabular format, separated by type. Website visitors will have the ability to “Jump To” the type they are looking for or “Sort By” manufacturer, year, price, condition or stock number. Customers will also be able to see the prices, sale prices, or MSRP you have entered. If you chose to enter $0 in the price field in the MMC, “Contact Seller” will appear in the price field.
When a visitors selects a unit they want to learn more about, they will go to the RV details page. On each unit’s page, you can enter as much or as little detail as you’d like your customers to see. You can include an unlimited amount of pictures, stock #, year, manufacturer, model, pricing, length, type description, basic RV info, specs, options, and videos! You can also provide a contact dealer link that lets visitors submit an inquiry, as well as a map locator button that links to Google Maps, and a calculate payment button. Visitors can also share the unit with a friend by clicking the “Email to Friend” button, or they can make an offer on the unit that will be sent directly to you.
With so many options available to you on your inventory pages, your customers will love exploring all the units you have in stock. Giving your visitors an in-depth and detailed look at your units online will help them feel confident contacting you or visiting your lot when it comes time to purchase.
